Support albums with multiple discs in web player

MP3tunes doesn't seem to use the disc number when playing back an album with multiple discs, it just sorts them just by their track numbers. All track 1's will play first, regardless of their disc number, and then the 2's and so on.

        I agree something needs to be done about this. I listen to lots of opera which come on multiple disks and there is no way that I can listen to them on MP3Tunes.
